ORLANDO Adblue, Adblue, nitrogen oxide reduced device, SCR(selective cataytic reduction)

Did you know about Adblue?

Exhaust gas limit of diesel vehicle must be standard EURO6.

Exhaust gas limit of EURO6 has been high more than EURO5.

Limit exhaust nitrogen oxide of EURO6 180mg/km -->80mg/km
Limit exhaust particulate matter of EURO6 5mg/km --> 4.5mg/km


A full size car or truck needs Adblue to standard EURO6.


Selective Cataytic Reduction way needs nitrogen oxide reduced device.
SCR(Selective Cataytic Reduction) way returns nitrogen oxide to nitrogen and oxygen by Adblue.
SCR way reduces over nitrogen oxide 90%.


Driver can check remaining quantity of Adblue by DAG-3.

Adblue entrance is different each vehicle.


User can check Adblue refilling state by DAG-3.



SCR way has performance which reduced well nitrogen oxide but fault but has faults.

Faults of SCR way

1. Driver have to refill the Adblue all the time.
2. Driver have to buy Adblue extra.
3. Price of vehicle is expensive because of separate Adblue tank.
